Due to their heterogeneous nature, antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs) require multiple bioanalytical assays to quantify their various forms. One such assay, the total antibody measurement, includes different protein sample preparation techniques that when combined with LC-MS/MS analysis amount to total antibody measurement, and this award winning Poster!
