Taking proteomics to the next level with MaxQuant 2.0

Researchers from the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (Planegg, Germany) present the second version of MaxQuant, a free software platform specializing in the analysis and interpretation of proteomic data. MaxQuant 2.0 offers library-based and library-free data-independent acquisition proteomics with an improved computational workflow termed MaxDIA. This workflow will allow for highly sensitive and accurate proteomic data analysis. High-throughput data analysis is essential in proteomics where large quantities of information are generated.
