Call for Sponsors

The European Bioanalysis Forum is pleased to issue its Call for Sponsors for the 18^th Open Symposium. While we are still feeling the heat of the 17^th OS “Taking the Temperature of Bioanalysis”, where we welcomed almost 600 delegates representing more than 200 organizations, it is a good moment to start Tuning into Tomorrow….

There is a major change to what was communicated in the conference material and during the close-out session of the 17^th OS. To provide enough time for all presentations, workshops and scientific/professional interactions, we have decided to extend the meeting from 2.5 days to 3 full days, impacting the actual dates we announced in Barcelona. The conference will be from Tuesday (18 Nov, 9:00 am) to Thursday (20 Nov, 6:00 pm) instead of 19–21 November ending at 1 pm.

Something hasn’t changed. We will be using the same sponsorship footprint, which allows for different booth sizes within the same sponsorship package level. Hence, sponsor capacity will remain limited to 36 booths.

Option 1: 6 m²

• Sponsor will get a 2*3m booth. Their logo will be displayed at the conference site, on the conference website and in the conference booklet and marketing material will be distributed to the delegates.
• Sponsoring fee for 2025 is 6.400 Euro if the contract is signed and payment is received before 30^th of April 2025. After 30^th April 2025, the fee increases to 6.900 Euros irrespective of the contract signature date.

Option 2: 10 m²

• Sponsor will get a 2*5m booth. Their logo will be displayed at the conference site, on the conference website and in the conference booklet and marketing material will be distributed to the delegates
• Sponsoring fee for 2025 is 10.500 Euro if the contract is signed and payment is received before 30^th of April 2025. After 30^th April 2025, the fee increases to 11.200 Euros irrespective of the contract signature date.

Option 3: 12 m²

• Sponsor will get a 4*3m booth. Their logo will be displayed at the conference site, on the conference website and in the conference booklet and marketing material will be distributed to the delegates
• Sponsoring fee for 2025 is 12.500 Euro if the contract is signed and payment is received before 30^th of April 2025. After 30^th April 2025, the fee increases to 13.400 Euros irrespective of the contract signature date.

Other than the display of sponsor’s identity as described in the contract (i.e. logo on website and printed materials as well as marketing materials for delegates), sponsor visual presence is limited to the sponsor booth. No marketing materials may be distributed or displayed in the conference hotel.

As previous years, no delegate vouchers are included in the sponsors package.

Sponsors will be accepted on a first come first serve basis (= date of contract signing by the sponsor). For all levels, If the sponsoring fee is not paid before 31^st of May 2025, the contract will automatically be cancelled.

It’s important to note that guaranteed presenter slots are not included as part of the sponsorship package. Instead, we encourage your scientific experts or collaborators to submit an abstract for a scientific talk through the regular Call for Abstracts which will be opened around mid-March. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated independently of sponsorship by our scientific committee. Abstracts aligned with conference themes are more likely to be accepted, while those focused on product promotion or advertising will not be considered.
