Reid Bioanalytical Forum
The International Reid Bioanalytical Forum (Reid) first met in 1975, organised by the late Eric Reid, then Director of the Wolfson Bioanalytical Unit at the University of Surrey. It has run every 2 years since, with some interruption for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Reid hosts presentations and discussions on cutting edge bioanalytical science for practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, and provides a supportive environment for early career bioanalysts, all performed in an inclusive and congenial atmosphere. Sessions at our meetings cover a mix of new technologies, emerging trends in bioanalysis, together with regulatory aspects. Participants come from pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, agrochemical companies, instrument manufacturers, academics and anywhere else that bioanalytical science is practiced.
