Biomarker bioanalysis: road to the future
Innovative quantitation and assay qualification strategy are presented. Interference, sample collection procedure, Interference, sample collection procedure, intra- and inter-subject variability are discussed for LC-MS/MS for quantitation of fatty acid amide, biomarkers for fatty acid amide hydrolase. Stability and sample collection conditions and difficult to separate isomers are discussed for the LC-MS/MS analysis of Leukotriene B4 in human sputum. Relative quantitation was used for HRMS of apolipoprotein C3. Assay sensitivity and interference from other isobaric plasma oxysterols LC-MS/MS Quantification of 4β-hydroxycholesterol and cholesterol.
