BioAgilytix announce agreement to acquire MicroConstants

BioAgilytix (NC, USA) has announced they have entered into an agreement to acquire the laboratory services, MicroConstants (CA, USA). Soon to be known as BioAgilytix San Diego, MicroConstants will bring their industry-leading services to the BioAgilytix conglomerate. MicroConstants has served clients amongst the biotech and pharmaceutical field and has over 20 years of experience in performing GLP compliant bioanalytical services. Thus, MicroConstants have vast proficiency in bioanalytical testing services and will supplement BioAgilytix’s contract research services within the biotech and pharmaceutical fields.
