AAPS PharmSci 360 program announced
AAPS has released the program for the 2023 PharmSci 360 event taking place on October 22-25, at the Orange County Convention Center (Orlando, FL)
Symposia, keynotes, speaker spotlights, panel discussions, hot topic presentations, and rapid-fire talks taking place at PharmaSci 360 will examine the current trends in the pharmaceutical sciences. Topics include AI and machine learning in drug development, continuous manufacturing, cell and gene therapies, patient centricity and new approaches to tackle health disparities in research, among others.
Currently, early poster abstract titles are available in the PharmSci 360 program. Late-breaking poster abstracts will be added in the coming months.
Dr Thomas Hartung of the Johns Hopkins University (MA, USA) delivers the opening plenary on Sunday, October 22 and Dr Julie DeMartino, an independent consultant with more than three decades of experience in basic research and translational medicine, delivers the closing plenary on Wednesday, October 25.
AAPS 2023 PharmSci 360 Scientific Programming Committee Chair Otilia Koo comments:
“The goal of PharmSci 360 is to bring scientists together to exchange insights. To this end, the Scientific Programming Committee has developed strong themes with the aim to provide attendees with a ‘hear and discuss it first here’ experience.” Otilia continues, “Of particular importance is understanding how new research tools can be leveraged for more efficient drug discovery, and to accelerate discovery and development of new and improved medicines.”
The solutions center will house the poster forums as well as presentations on practical science that affects today’s labs and corporations every day, and more than 100 exhibitors. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are still available, and more information can be found on the event website.
