Advances in derivatization approaches for increasing the sensitivity of small molecules

Abstract Derivatization in LC–MS Chemical derivatization is a unique approach for optimizing analytical methods that can improve the physicochemical properties of analyte molecules. Derivatization is important for some analytes used in LC–MS, which is an indispensable technique of analytical chemistry.
